Il Moro Novo is just outside Montalla, a small and peaceful country village. Quiet but easily accessible and not far from the historic centre of Cortona and shops for daily needs.
Completely independent from the rest of the building, the holiday apartment Il Moro Novo has a private garden of about 500 sqm, a large pergola that shades the entire façade, and its own private parking. In the centre of the garden, you can cool off in the small but charming private pool exclusively for your use.
The town centre with shops, banks, a pharmacy, supermarkets, and the train station is less than a 5-minute drive away.
It’s a fantastic base for your daily trips to the most famous destinations in Tuscany and Umbria.
The large private garden of about 500 sqm is right in front of the house entrance and you can spend peaceful moments under the shade of a beautiful pergola or the lime trees towering over the green space. The Moro Novo Garden is surrounded by a hedge for privacy. The small round pool has a diameter of 4.6m (15ft) and a depth of 1.20m (4ft). Reserved for the exclusive use of the occupants of Moro Novo.
Just outside the garden area is the car park with two spaces reserved for guests.
We provide two bicycles free of charge for you to use for rides in the peaceful surrounding countryside.
Renovated in keeping with the original style, Il Moro Novo features a bedroom, a full bathroom with bath and shower, a second bathroom with shower, and a living area. The spacious living area is open plan with the kitchen and dining space.
