The holiday home enjoys the tranquillity of the countryside and, while being in an extremely peaceful spot, is also well connected to the centre of Cortona as well as supermarkets, shops, banks, train station, and restaurants. It’s a fantastic base for your daily trips to the most famous locations in Tuscany and Umbria.
La Bozza has a private and independent garden of about 700 sqm, for the exclusive use of this apartment. It is surrounded by natural hedges and shaded by some large trees. You’ll find 1 outdoor table and 6 chairs, 4 loungers, 2 deckchairs, and a charcoal barbecue.
You can access the garden area by car or use the shaded parking in front of the pool area.
