The holiday home enjoys the tranquility of the countryside and, despite being in an extremely peaceful position, is also well connected both with the city center of Cortona and with supermarkets, shops, banks, railway station and restaurants. The garden of about 600 square meters is therefore private and exclusive use of this apartment. It is surrounded by natural hedges and shaded by some large trees. You will find 1 table and 6 outdoor chairs, 4 sunbeds, 2 deckchairs, Weber barbecue. You can access the car in the garden area or use the shaded parking in front of the pool area.
The swimming pool is located just outside the private garden and is shared with the occupants of the other apartment.
