It’s a fantastic base for your daily trips to the most famous locations in Tuscany and Umbria.
Il Bozzino has a private and independent garden of about 600 sqm, for the exclusive use of this apartment. It is surrounded by natural hedges and shaded by some large trees. You’ll find 1 outdoor table and 6 chairs, 4 loungers, 2 deckchairs, and a Weber barbecue.
You can drive into the privat reserved parking area, where you will find an electric vehicle charging station.
The pool, shared with another apartment, is just outside the private gardens and is in a fenced area separate from the gardens, where you’ll find sunbeds assigned to each housing unit for greater hygiene.
